Our Fee Structure

Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis; the type of charge, the amount of time needed to investigate the case, and other case factors will be considered in setting the fee. We establish our fees up-front, so you will know from the outset exactly how much you are going to pay. No hidden costs or additional charges will ever be tacked on after the fact.

Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card. If you are not able to pay the fee in full after the initial consultation, a payment plan can be arranged.
